I have had an interest in dog behaviour ever since one of my terriers became “reactive”. I wanted to understand why he suddenly changed from a fluffy bundle of fun into a dog who’s sole aim in life was to embarrass me every time we met someone or another dog. Working with a selection of different dogs in my other guise of a pet photographer it made sense to learn more about what makes our dogs tick. Once I started I found it fascinating and just wanted to learn more, and I am still learning more every day.

I would now like to offer my knowledge and experience to assist dogs being adopted through “Break The Chains – For Dogs Bulgaria” and their new guardians. Adopting these dogs comes with a wealth of challenges, that can sometimes end up in the adoptions failing. If I can provide support with the issues faced then I am not only helping the dogs but, hopefully, making it easier for dogs and their guardians to communicate in a positive and consistent manner. Helping to make some these adoptions a little easier and happier for all concerned.

So what am I offering?

Approximately a months coaching/support.

Cost: £100 (£25 to Break The Chains)

If further coaching/support is required then the feedback / follow up loop can be repeated on an ad-hoc basis at a cost of £50 a session (£10 for each extra session going to Break The Chains)

What Is Included?

INITIAL CONSULTATION
  • In person or via video call
  • Get background on dog if known
  • Get background of home environment.
  • Discuss issues: general coaching , specific unwanted behaviour, etc.
  • Discuss health history if known – any ongoing problems
  • Discuss how to move forward, contracts, costs, etc.
Produce Coaching Plan & Recommendations
  • E-mailed to client
  • Provide support in person or remote
Client Feed back No.1
  • Client provides feedback using via a coaching diary
  • Includes video of training if possible when coaching is remote
Follow-Up Consultation No.1
  • Approx. 2 weeks into training
  • In person or video call
  • Feedback report & video
  • Progress and any issues
  • Next steps
  • Update Coaching Plan (If needed)
Client Feedback No.2
  • Client provides feedback via a coaching diary
  • Includes video of training if possible when coaching is remote
Follow-Up Consultation No.2
  • Approx. 4 weeks into training
  • In person or video call
  • Feedback report & video
  • Progress and any issues
  • Next steps
  • Update Coaching Plan (If needed)
